Rangers have secured the services of Allan McGregor, who will move to the Ibrox club on a free transfer following his departure from Hull City.
McGregor will leave Hull in the Championship in England this summer, and the 36-year-old goalkeeper will return to Rangers for his second spell at Ibrox.
The Scotland international started his professional club football career at the Gers, and was on the books of the Glasgow giants from 1998 until 2012.
McGregor is a very good goalkeeper, and 25-year-old Hull City midfielder Jackson Irvine - who was on the books of Rangers’ Old Firm rivals Celtic from 2012 until 2015 - believes that his departing teammate will be a good signing for the Gers.
